GSLA Motivation and Mental Toughness
This workshop is aimed at looking into the often neglected psychology of performance and looks at ways of encouraging motivation and mental toughness in training as well as competition.
This module includes:
- The structure of coaching sessions and programmes to enhance commitment and self-confidence.
- Adapting coaching sessions to improve performer concentration.
- Devising competition strategies to reduce negative and promote positive emotions.
- Helping performers cope with success & failure.
