After the successful installation of temporary hardware to address the issue with the Air Treatment System at the Accessible Pool, we are now making inroads in bringing the water temperature up to optimum levels, including for the most vulnerable user groups such as babies and infants. The recent cold temperatures that we have been experiencing these past few days is slowing the process somewhat, however our target temperature should be achieved over the next few days. During this period of closure, contractors have been busy tackling the damage that the humidity had caused to the changing room facilities, as well as giving the area a general aesthetic makeover. More renovation works are in the pipeline for the near future, however rest assured this will not impact on any allocations in our schedule.
