Public Bookings at Pitches 3 and 4:
We are glad to announce that following remedial works Pitches 3 and 4 will be made available for 5 a-side football as from next Monday 27th July, 2020. As per pre-Covid arrangements bookings will be given out on Friday mornings starting this coming Friday 24th July at 9.00am with the following minor changes:
- Bookings will now be taken from the FIRST FLOOR reception and not the main reception at the Bayside Sports Complex.
- Tickets will not be handed out therefore those wishing to book must remain in the queue at all times using the demarcated positions that will ensure social distancing is maintained.
- Phone bookings will also be taken as from 9:30am on 20078409 as per normal arrangements.
- One name and contact number will be required at the time of booking however in keeping with contact tracing protocols the names of all ten attending the allocation are required. Staff on site will provide the relevant form that needs to be completed. All users are reminded to carry official forms of identification (i.e. ID card) as staff will request this when they deem necessary. Failure to provide this will result in individuals and/or groups not being allowed use of the facility
We have now actively started to explore and investigate the implementation of an online booking system that whilst not replacing the traditional methods will reduce the need for patrons to attend our offices. Please bear with us in this regard.
